Shipping:
We strive to process and ship all orders within the agreed time frame. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless your return request has been confirmed by our team. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within [30] days of receiving your order, providing your order number and photos of the issue.
